Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the HypeFit mobile app and related services. By creating an account you accept them.

Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your account secure. You may not transfer your account.

User content

You are responsible for the activities, photos, comments and messages you share. Insults, harassment, hate speech, obscenity, spam, misleading content or content that infringes others' rights is prohibited. Such content can be reported and removed, and your account may be suspended. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content as part of the service.

Personal trainer services

HypeFit is a platform connecting PTs and users; it is not a party to PT services. Package prices and payments are agreed between the PT and the user. PT content is reviewed before publication but its accuracy is not guaranteed.

Health

The app does not give medical advice. The Health Declaration forms part of these terms.

Changes and termination

We may change features to improve the service. You can delete your account at any time; we may close accounts that seriously breach these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction over consumer matters.
