At HypeFit we take your privacy seriously. This policy summarizes what we collect, why, and how you stay in control; details are in the Personal Data Processing Notice.

You are in control

• You choose the visibility of your profile and of each activity (public, followers, only me).
• Privacy zones hide the part of your routes around places such as home or work.
• Appearing on the map is off by default; users under 18 are never shown on the map.
• Your health data belongs to you; you can authorize a PT per data type and revoke it at any time.
• You can turn each notification category on or off.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit; files are kept in private storage and shown only to authorized users through short-lived links. Push notifications never contain health data or message content.

Advertising and sale

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Download and delete your data

In Settings › Account you can download a copy of your data or request deletion of your account.

Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is shown in the app and your consent is requested where required.
